Boss and party scheduling

Creating a run

Anyone can open /run and see what is coming up. Creating, editing, completing, and cancelling are limited to the run role (or the officer role, if none is picked). The form asks for a template, a time, and an optional note.

A time such as the examples in the bot ("friday 20:00", "tomorrow 8pm", "2026-12-09 20:00") is read in the creator's timezone from /timezone, not the guild timezone. "next friday" skips one extra week. A time that falls in a daylight-saving gap is rejected.

Sign-ups

The announcement has Going, Maybe, and Bench. Clicking the status you already have removes you. If Going is full, the bot refuses another Going and Bench is the overflow. When someone leaves Going, the earliest bench player is promoted, except the person who just moved themselves to the bench.

The post shows a class-balance line. No cleric, priest, or bishop is marked Going. Everyone marked Going is Warrior. A party quest usually wants a mix of classes. Those lines are advice, not a block.

A custom run starts at the template size and can be raised up to 24.

Templates you can post today

Party minimum and maximum come from the template. The blurb is the bot's own description, not a claim about spawn timers. The menu only lists these.

• Kerning PQ: 3–4. Kerning City party quest.
• Henesys PQ (Moon Bunny): 3–6. Henesys party quest.
• Field Boss: 1–12. A field boss run.
• Custom: 1–6. A custom run. Party size can be raised up to 24.

Coming later

These templates stay in the bot so an older post still displays, but /run and /lfg do not offer them. Classic World does not have this content yet, and this page does not guess a date.

• Ludibrium PQ: Ludibrium party quest.
• Papulatus: Ludibrium Clocktower boss, one party.
• Zakum: El Nath boss expedition, up to five parties.
• Horntail: Leafre boss expedition, up to five parties.
• Pink Bean: Temple of Time boss expedition, up to five parties.
