What officers see

The form asks for an in-game name, a job or class, a level, and a note. The bot posts it in the announcement channel with Accept and Reject. Accept adds the player to the roster when they are not already on it, and their welcome roles follow if those are on. Reject only records the decision.

Who may press the buttons is the applications permission in Settings, or the officer role when that list is empty. Server admins can always review.
