Set up a guild

What you enter

The command opens a private panel. It does not take slash-command options. An admin enters the guild name and world, picks a timezone from the list or types a Region/City name, then picks the officer role and the announcement channel.

• Guild name and world are stored as typed. LithHQ does not look them up in the game.
• The timezone is the guild timezone used for public posts. Each player can also set their own with /timezone, and that one is used when they type a run time.
• The officer role is the fallback for actions that do not have a more specific role in Settings.
• Runs, applications, achievement announcements, and reset reminders are posted in the announcement channel.

Who can run it

The first setup needs Manage Server. After a guild exists, an officer can run setup again. The bot then posts a short confirmation with the plan: free, with a roster cap, or premium if a subscription is already active.
